Some mortgagees may now be required to send only a percentage of HUD Case Files to them with the balance being processed electronically.
Any hard copies sent to the FHA must be sent in a Yellow HUD Case Binder.
HUD Case Binders are produced using 14-Point Manila stock and printed in black ink.
Each binder contains two 2″ fasteners on the inside panels of the binder.
HUD Case Binders are boxed in inner cartons of 50 with 250 binders per case.
