This 8-part traditional laser set includes preprinted Employer W-2 Copy A (federal, red scannable) and blank 2-up sheets for you to print Employer Copy D (file) and two Copy 1 (state and city) forms and Employee Copies B (federal) and two Copy 2 (state and city) forms. All 8.5" x 11" sheets are printed on 20# laser paper with no side perforation (format changed in 2001) and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file, you'll get all of the necessary forms.
