This 6-part traditional laser set includes preprinted Employer W-2 copy A (federal, red scannable) and blank 2-up sheets for you to print Employer Copies D (file) and 1 (state) and Employee Copies B (federal) and 2 (state). All 8.5" x 11" sheets are constructed of 20# laser paper with no side perforation (format changed in 2001) and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file, you'll get all of the necessary forms.
