Use this ProSystem fx compatible blank 2-up laser paper for laser generating complete 1099-MISC forms. Sheets are 8.5" x 11" and constructed of 20# laser paper. This 2-up sheet has one center perforation and includes 1099-MISC payee/recipient instructions on the top of the back page. Order by the number of sheets needed, not number of forms. Use envelope DWMR or DWMRS for self seal.
