Revised Forms - Required July 1st, 2010.
Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac have revised the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Fannie Mae 1003/Freddie Mac Form 65). The revisions address the new Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) loan-level origination data requirements, announced in FHFA press release on January 15, 2009. The revised form must be used with loan applications originated beginning July 1, 2010.
Forms have been revised to remove the Interviewer's Name, Signature, and Phone Number, and the Name and Address of Interviewer's Employer. Boxes were added for Loan Originator's: Signature, Date, Name, Identifier, Phone Number, Company's Name, Identifier, and Address.
This form is the standard Fannie Mae Form 1003 / Freddie Mac Form 65.
